The 23.51-kilometer Esperanza-Placer Road connects to Pasiagon Beachfront, Balay na Bato, and Esperanza Seaport, enhancing accessibility to these tourist destinations. Additionally, this project involves constructing a two-lane concrete road along with a seawall, serving as the primary protection against waves in the coastal area.

Project Impact

The project will improve transportation efficiency for people and the movement of marine and agricultural goods by decreasing travel time from one hour to twenty-four minutes. This improvement will significantly contribute to the socio-economic development of the area.
