Project Overview

The 73.6-kilometers Coron- Busuanga road widening project from two (2) lanes to four (4) lanes aims to make the tourist spots in Coron and Busuanga more accessible. The widening project is also expected meet the high demand of tourists from F.B. Reyes International Airport in Busuanga going to Coron town proper and vice versa.

Project Impact

The project will bolster Coron's tourism sector, crucial for generating employment and reducing poverty in the region. Improved road infrastructure will additionally benefit residents, particularly small-scale traders who transport agricultural and fishery products to larger markets, enhancing their convenience and efficiency.
