Project Overview

The 77-kilometer Alicia-Angadanan-San Guillermo-Cauayan CityNaguilian Bypass involves the construction of four bridges --—Colorado, Dioton, Macalauat, and San Luis. The project, which was partially opened in June 2021, will connect the municipalities of Alicia, Angadanan, San Guillermo, Cauayan, and Naguilan in Isabela.

Project Impact

The project provides an alternative route linking the municipalities of Alicia, Angadanan, San Guillermo, Nanguilan, and Cauayan City, enhancing safety and efficiency for road users. Travel time from Alicia to Cauayan City is shortened to just 20 minutes as a result.
