Project Overview

The 11-kilometer Alimusgan-Bai-Caganayan Access Road, situated in Tineg, Abra, provides access to the renowned Kaparkan Falls in the area. Phase 1 of the project, costing P27.78 million, included excavation and concrete paving, while Phase 2, with a budget of P14 million, involves road paving, stone masonry, and guardrail installation.

Project Impact

The project aims to enhance safety and provide an enjoyable experience for visitors to the high terraced falls in Barangay Caganayan. Beyond boosting tourism, it also seeks to improve transportation for goods and services in the agricultural municipality of Tineg, Abra.
