BGC-Ortigas Link Bridge

Project Overview

The 961.427 linear meters BGC-Ortigas Link Bridge, also referred to as the Kalayaan Bridge, will establish a connection between Taguig, Makati, and Pasig cities. The Bonifacio Global City - Ortigas Center Link Road Project. It includes the construction of a 4-lane bridge from Sta Monica to Lawton across the Pasig River. This bridge will link Lawton Avenue in Makati City with Sta. Monica Street in Pasig City, alongside a viaduct

structure extending from Lawton Avenue to the entrance of Bonifacio Global City.

Project Impact

The project will enhance accessibility between Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig, and Makati. Travel time between BGC and Ortigas' central business districts will be shortened to just

12 minutes, leading to a 25 percent reduction in traffic congestion along EDSA and C-5

Road, specifically at Guadalupe Bridge and Bagong Ilog Bridge.
