Lingayen Bypass Road

Project Overview

The 6.2-kilometer Lingayen Bypass Road features a four-lane Portland cement concrete pavement. It begins at the intersection of Pangasinan-Zambales Road and Lingayen Labrador Diversion Road, extending through Lingayen to Barangay Poblacion in Binmaley. The project also encompasses the construction of four bridges, installation of road safety devices, drainage systems, slope protection structures, and an overpass.

Project Impact

The project is anticipated to ease traffic congestion and is projected to benefit 18,492 motorists daily. Upon completion, it will reduce travel time, stimulate livelihood opportunities, and boost economic activities, leading to comprehensive development in the Ilocos Region.
