Mindanao Avenue Extension

Project Overview

The 3.2-kilometer Mindanao Avenue Extension (Segment 2C) is a four-lane divided highway, stretching from the intersection of NLEX to Gen. Luis Avenue. This highway will provide connectivity between Valenzuela, North Caloocan, Quezon City (Novaliches), and NLEX.

Project Impact

The road's objective is to alleviate the ongoing traffic congestion that motorists and residents in Novaliches and other parts of northern Metro Manila have been enduring for years. As a result, the extension will reduce travel time between Quirino Highway and General Luis Road from one hour and 30 minutes to just 20 minutes.
