NLEX Harbor Link Segment 10

Project Overview

The 5.65 km NLEX Harbor Link Segment 10 is a 6-lane divided (2x3) elevated expressway connecting McArthur Highway in Valenzuela City and Circumferential Road 3 (C-3) in Caloocan City.

Project Impact

Motorists, especially cargo trucks, were provided with an alternative route to alleviate congestion at key traffic points like Balintawak, A. Bonifacio, and Mac Arthur Highway. This adjustment has significantly reduced travel time between Karuhatan, Valenzuela City, and C3 Road, Caloocan City, from an hour to just around 5 minutes.
