NLEX-SLEX Connector

Project Overview

The 8-kilometer NLEX-SLEX Connector is an all-elevated, four-lane toll expressway extending the NLEX southward from the end of Segment 10 in C3 Road, Caloocan City to PUP Sta. Mesa, Manila and connecting to the Skyway Stage 3, and mostly traversing along the PNR rail track.

The project includes two interchanges located at C3 Road/5th Avenue, Caloocan and España Avenue, Manila.

Project Impact

The project is expected to decongest Metro Manila traffic and provide better access to seaports and airports. It will reduce travel time from NLEX to SLEX from two hours to only about 20 minutes
