First and foremost, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the people behind Rising Tigers magazine, for recognizing me as one of the People to Watch 2023.

It is a great honor to be among the recipients of Asia’s Modern Hero Awards 2023.

To be recognized as the Heroes’ Notable Female Government Leader of the Year is humbling as I consider myself still in the early phase of being a public servant. There are female government leaders here and abroad who I look up to and have inspired me to take this journey of public service. I hope to also be a role model to younger citizens who aspire to make a difference to their communities and countries.

This award will continue to inspire me to work towards the realization of my dream for our nation to achieve its full potential, and to use my work to empower others to dream big and have the courage to seize it.
